Fish oil seems to have countless uses as a health supplement and maybe one of the most popular kinds on the planet. Both have been shown to reduce inflammation throughout the body, which is the main reason why fish oil can be a powerful painkiller. Fish do not produce EPA or DHA but consume these chemicals when they feed on fish or other creatures further down the food chain. As proof of the benefits of using fish oil regularly, Greenland Eskimos consume large amounts of it and look how healthy they are! Along with aspirin, ibuprofen is just another NSAID or a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.

Red Onions

The red flowers are full of quercetin, a flavonoid that is beneficial for the gastrointestinal tract’s health. Red bulbs have anti-inflammatory properties for bones, throat, and blood vessels and can therefore be successful in treating fibromyalgia. Quercetin may also be effective in treating hypertension and other diseases, but there is no scientific evidence that it effectively treats a particular disease or condition. However, red onions taste great.

Serralysin

Although there are no clinical studies on serralisin (also known as serralysin), it is believed to combat pain and inflammation. Serralisin is sometimes called an “excellent receptor” because it has a wide range of functions in the body and has no recognized side effects. And because serralisin can reduce mucus accumulation, it can be successful in the fight against bronchial problems.

Cloves

But cloves also have medicinal properties, especially as an anesthetic, since clove oil anesthetizes the parts in contact with the mouth and, for example, relieves toothache. Glucosamine

Glucosamine is not a pharmaceutical drug, a herb, a vitamin, or a mineral; it can be obtained from crustaceans’ shells and the bones and bone marrow of animals. As a result of this institution, glucosamine sulfate, in particular, is widely used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. It is interesting to note that glucosamine sulfate appears to have some anti-inflammatory properties, and negative side effects are rare unless affected people become impatient and overdose. However, clinical studies have not demonstrated the effectiveness of glucosamine. In most European countries, however, glucosamine sulfate is considered a drug.
